As a hobby placer gold miner Sharp-Eagle has spent a lot of time in the B.C. wilderness, which served as inspiration for her debut novel, Kimbal Creek Secrets. There's more than just gold on Kimbal Creek, as orphaned brothers Jamie and Oliver Stewart discover when they find mystical creatures during the Cariboo gold rush which sets them on a quest to help break a curse.

Marg Sharp-Eagle is a Veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force and the RCSC Militia. Sharp-Eagle was born in Vancouver, and raised in the South Okanagan.
