Dunic followed up with the memoir in verse, One and Half of You (Talon, 2021) about growing up biracial on rural Vancouver Island.

Her work has appeared in magazines and anthologies in Canada and abroad. She is the singer/guitarist of the band The Deep Cove. Based in Vancouver, Dunic is also the Artistic Director of the Powell Street Festival Society.
