Born in 1957, Bruce Hiebert of Abbotsford has taught at the 'University of Phoenix' in Vancouver, Simon Fraser University and the University College of the Fraser Valley. His first book Good Work: How to Live Your Values in the Workplace (Northstone 1997 $17.95) was based on his experiences looking for "good" work. "Our work is never neutral," he wrote. "It either helps us become better people, and the world a better place, or it makes us and the world worse." While completing a Ph.D thesis on the relationship between religious beliefs and gender experience among North American Mennonites, Hiebert reworked his ideas for Your Soul At Work: How To Live Your Values in the Workplace (Northstone, 2005, $24.95). 1-896836-72-0
