Ron Nason was born in the State of Maine, in the city of Bangor. His family bought a dairy farm in Hampden, Maine where he finished high school. At age 21 he began a 20-year career in law enforcment. Upon retirement he moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where he tried his hand at gold mining and started writing. Since that time he has written a collection of short stories, Bandits in the Grapes; and three novels, The Northern Lotus, The Law Killer and The Tarnished Treasure.
