As Vice-President Academic and Provost at the University of North British Columbia, Deborah Popp co-edited Bernard Shaw and the Webbs: The Selected Correspondence of Bernard Shaw (2002), with Alex C. Michalos, Director of the Institute for Social Research and Evaluation at the University of Northern British Columbia. It consists of 140 annotated letters written between 1883 and 1946 by George Bernard Shaw, Sidney Webb and his wife Beatrice Webb, all of whom shared similar political views that arose from Fabianism.
