Kathrin Lake is a Certified Human Resources Professional working for a financial institution in a leadership role in which training, speaking coaching and counseling are also key components of her work. She has a degree from SFU in Film and Theatre and a diploma in Human Resources from BCIT. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and has been a Toastmaster for 10 years. She has owned her own training company in which she taught courses such as Writing with Cold Feet, Putting Off Procrastination and The Rhythm of Communication. Kathrin has been an award-wining playwright and her first non-fiction book is From Survival to Thrival.
