Loreena M. Lee is the author of the children's book Satin Shoes (Libros Libertad 2009), and the novel Within These Bonds (Libros Libertad 2011), which is the story of Evelyn, a girl living in Alberta during the 1930s who is thrust into early responsibility after the death of her mother.
